Overall highly recommend, the design is great and goes with everything and the quality is honestly amazing as the hoodie didn't worsen over time or when it was washed. Also really warm and is the perfect oversized fit.

The hoodies are Super comfy and warm! I ordered an M and it’s perfect. Oversized fit but not too big you are swimming in it. Really good quality fabric. My partner wears his daily (size XL) and loves the style.

Where do you ship to?

Where are your products made?

All our products are designed in Christchurch, New Zealand and manufactured in China.

How do I track my order?

If you have purchased tracked shipping, you will be sent a tracking code via email when your order is fulfilled. If you have not received one, please contact us at support@slowcarsclub.store and we will send you one asap.

What is local delivery?

We are happy to offer local delivery for anyone in Christchurch. These orders are dropped off by us personally, usually the day after ordering, but with some orders placed before 11am same day delivery may be possible.

Do you accept returns?

We inspect every order before shipping it out to you, but please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or otherwise defective you are eligible for a return, replacement or refund under the New Zealand Consumers Guarantees Act (CGA)

We hope that every customer receives a hoodie fits perfectly, but we understand that this is not always the case, and if another size is in stock, we'd be more than happy to exchange them for a difference size at your shipping expense (outside of Christchurch, New Zealand)
